Glenn’s Greenery was founded in 1976 serving customers in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. Currently the company has customers located throughout Florida’s gold coast.

Glenn’s Greenery, Inc. is incorporated in the state of Florida (“C” corporation) and is fully licensed and insured. We carry $2,000,000.00 of general liability/automobile insurance coverage and statutory workers compensation insurance. We hold a Broward County occupational license.

What Guarantees do you provide?
If ever you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will re-do the service at no charge. If you are a contracted ongoing customer and we deliver a plant that does not meet your needs we will bring a replacement until you are 100% satisfied. Show us any competitor’s proposal and we will match it or beat it. If you already have a plant company working for you we will beat their price by 10% just show us their invoice and plant inventory.

How do you select and train your horticultural technicians?
First we look for individuals having a horticultural background or some plant knowledge. We also look for individuals that have a passion for taking care of plants. After more than 30 years in the interior plantscaping field we do a pretty good job of identifying the technical and interpersonal skills required to become a successful horticultural technician. Once identified and hired all new employees are put through a rigorous training program to teach them how to take care of plants, follow our company procedures and develop great customer care skills. After the training period is complete our service technicians meet regularly to learn new techniques and to review their performance.

Will the same horticultural technician service my account at each visit?
We know that many of our customers establish positive relationships with our staff and look forward to seeing the same face when they provide service. Please be assured that every attempt is made to keep the same horticultural technician working on a regular defined route. Sometimes we are required to make changes when a particular route needs to be realigned or when a horticultural technician leaves our employ. From time to time a substitute technician will service your account when the regular technician is on vacation, sick or encounters an emergency. By the way all of our horticultural technicians wear company uniforms.

Will I be provided with a service receipt at each visit?
Yes. We provide you with a receipt at the completion of each service. Every attempt is made obtain a signature of the designated contact person. If the contact person is not available then we leave the receipt with a fellow employee.

What should I do if I think a plant requires special attention or needs to be replaced?
A plant that becomes weak, thin or unsightly should be replaced by your horticultural technician before you become aware of a problem. If, this is not done simply ask your horticultural technician to “write up” the plant for replacement. Our horticultural technicians are rewarded for making sure that all of their accounts always look top notch. Should you ever have a problem with a plant please call our office. We will respond to your service request immediately. In most cases plants written up for replacement by our horticultural technicians are done so in 10 business days. If a particular plant is not available we will replace it with a similar sized plant.

We operate a separate operations Department that takes care of replacement plants, installations and special services.

How we operate

Will my account be serviced if my service day falls on a Holiday?
Yes. Service is performed prior to or just after a holiday.

What are your payment terms?
Our terms are net thirty with approved credit. All accounts are billed in advance at the beginning of each month and payment is expected prior to the next billing cycle.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We can provide you with a credit card authorization form. After we receive the completed credit card authorization form you can use your credit card to pay monthly recurring fees, plant/container purchases or special service needs. You can also use a credit card to pay for short-term and special event plant rentals. Please call our office or ask your sales /design consultant for a credit card authorization form.

Special services, sales and design

Can I rent plants for special events?
Glenn’s Greenery has been providing short term plant rentals for special events since the company’s inception. We regularly work with hotels, country clubs, special event companies and individuals. Whether it is a small intimate wedding or a large corporate event you will receive personalized service to meet your specific needs. Do you sell, install and service replica plants?
We represent a number of lines of replica and preserved plants/trees. In some instances we have designed environments making use of a combination of live and replica plants. Replica plants require service too. We can arrange to clean and care for your replica plants on an individual request or on an ongoing contracted basis.

Do you work with interior designers and architectural firms?

We have established many ongoing working relationships with local, regional and national interior design and architectural firms. Often times we become involved during the initial design process and work along side with the professional team through installation. Some of our design partnerships include a number of high-rise condominiums, three major regional shopping centers and major hotels located in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
